Raw Material & Process

The door frames are manufactured from well seasoned wood with a moisture content between 16% to 18% ( +,-2% ) from selected imported wood as per your speciation and requirement.The door shutters are manufactured from 100% imported pine for battens and stile or as per specification provided , the core veneer ( cross band veneer ) is being peeled in our factory with modern machinery as per required thickness from imported European popular wood, the face thickness is also peeled at our factory with thickness of 0.45mm, the resin used for impregnated for bonding of wood , core veneer and face veneer is as per IS-848, Phenol Formaldehyde.

Door & Frame Fixing

The purpose of the fixing is to enable connection between the pressed wood door frame and the wall. The type of fixing selected will depend on the type of your wall, how you intend to finish the junction between the wall and the frame and the way in which you would prefer to install the frame into or onto the wall.
